In Spartanburg County, the percentage of uninsured residents is higher than the state average. Over 16,000 individuals in the county could gain health insurance if the state expands Medicaid.

As your SC Senate candidate, I strongly support Medicaid expansion and will fight to reduce health insurance premiums and out-of-pocket costs for working families. As a practicing physician, I understand the urgent need to tackle Big Pharma and lower prescription drug prices for all South Carolinians.
